Where are you located?

We are located in Portsmouth, NH and operate on EST (NYC time zone).

What are your hours?

We work Monday – Friday, 9-5. We often work weekends when trying to meet deadlines.

Can you set up my shop? I have a lot of items.

We certainly can. If you have over 50 items, we can discuss a custom-priced project. While items can be added quickly through a CSV upload, it takes time to connect them to the appropriate images.

I need a particular function which may require custom coding. Can you help with that?

Most likely! Contact us to discuss your project and goals. It may be simpler than you think!

We have design mockups in PDF format. Can you replicate them exactly?

Absolutely. We will use the exact coloration, design style, and fonts if specified. We can have each page look exactly as you planned, paying attention to every detail in your mockups.

Can you help set up our email?

Of course. Not only do we make sure your webforms will always be delivered by making the appropriate DNS entries and connecting your site through your host’s SMTP, we can aid in assist getting your emails set up on the device and medium of your choice.

Do you charge extra for stock photos?

Absolutely not! I can find the perfect stock photos if needed for your project and it all comes included.

Do you outsource your work?

Everything is done in-house. In the rare event we need help with a specific type of coding, we might enlist the help of an external party primarily for speed.

Can you build out without WordPress?

Yes! If you would prefer your website to be built with Hubspot, Webflow, Figma, or something else, just let us know. We have expertise in a wide range of applications.
